The Garena's Garena premier league (GPL) was launched in May 2012. It is a professional online gaming competition that lasts up to six months and has over 100 games. In the first season, GPL will be comprised of a League of Legends competition which has six teams of professional players. They represent the best athletes from their respective countries.
